Returns Policy
If you are not completely happy with any full priced purchase, please get in touch with us via email at sales@shanetafashion.com and quote your order number and reason for return. We will happily issue a credit voucher if the item is returned within 14 business days of receipt.
- We do not offer refunds for simply change of mind purchases.
- Please note that all SALE purchases are final. There is NO exchange/return on SALE items.
- All items must be in original, unwashed condition with tags still attached. Please note that any garments returned with make-up stains, perfume odours etc will not be accepted.
- Shaneta Fashion Boutique does not accept returns on items that pose a hygiene risk (i.e earrings, hats etc).
- All returned items are inspected on return and if not in their original condition will be returned to sender.

Shaneta Fashion Boutique does not accept responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly encourage you to return your item/s with tracking and that you keep a copy for your records.

Please note that return shipping is at the customers expense and Shaneta Fashion Boutique does not issue credit for shipping costs.

Your credit note will be sent to you via email within 5 days of receipt.
- Store credits are valid for 24 months from date of issue and can only be used in one transaction.
- Your store credit is for the item value only and does not cover shipping costs.
Exchange
Please follow the above process for exchange. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee style/sizes will be available for exchange. Please use your credit code to purchase your exchange. N.B - Shipping fee will be at your expense.
Faulty
As per the ACCC guidelines, in the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, we will either repair, replace or refund depending on the severity of the fault. Faulty return postage costs will be covered by Shaneta Fashion Boutique.
