1. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to participate in the Giveaway and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. Prize: At the end of the Entry Period, there will be one (1) drawing in which one (1) potential winner shall be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period by employees of Shaneta Fashion Boutique to receive the Prize: a $100 Shaneta Fashion Boutique Gift Card. The Prize is not transferable for cash and no substitution is permitted.

3. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.

4. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram and Facebook posts within 24 hours following the winner selection. Shaneta Fashion Boutique shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
